Privacy policy

This policy covers the website lupiko.app. The Lupiko app has its own privacy policy in the App Store listing and inside the app.

The short version

This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, no tracking cookies and no third-party scripts. We don’t ask for your personal data here.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This happens on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare’s privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Language

To show the site in your language, we look at the languages set in your browser and, if none of them is ours, the country your connection comes from. This is not stored. When you pick a language, we save it in one small cookie called lang (for example “de”), so we don’t change it again. It contains nothing else, is not used for tracking and expires after a year. It is necessary for the feature you asked for, so it needs no consent (Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive).

About the app

The Lupiko app uses Apple’s Screen Time framework. Your Screen Time data, such as which apps you use and for how long, stays on your device and is never sent to us.
